“Oh crap…” John said as he looked in the direction that Phil was staring at. “This is not good.”
Phil radioed the rest of the convoy, and told them that the extra twenty minutes that they had were gone. The next day, John, Percy, Fred and Phil were in the military convoy. John and Percy were given the assignment of watching the mixture, in one of the vehicles. The vehicle was a military-grade armored bus-like van, with cameras, computers, and sleeping quarters for two people. In the middle of it, there was the mixture, concealed in an airtight container bolted to the floor.
Fred and Phil sat in the truck ahead of John and Percy. They were seated in a humvee, which held four people plus a gunner, just in case something happened. Phil, since he was an officer, drove the truc

Percy on the other hand, was just starting out in his military career. He had black hair, and wore it somewhat long, and was shorter than John, at 6’1”.
The two were heading to a laboratory just outside Washington, D.C. on a patrol assignment.
